IFS-T and IFIO are additional to Systemic Counselling Practice taught in universities because they are an experiential rather than academic approach - Its much much more than words, logic & emotional systems (embodiements) - It reaches beyond to deep healing potential.

In the main, the systemic views make way for therapeutic attending towards the possibilities of relational enhancements and co-creation.
This perspective exploration assists to make sense of the wider existential contexts that inform, impact upon, and pass through human existence as thoughts, emotions and body feelings rather than limiting the approaches and potentiality under pre-set or manualized approaches and narratives.
Co Creation referrers to be a systems-centred-relational approach. A fluid approach of approaches - a view of views.

I like IFS Therapy because it helps me help people with their array of emotional forces / embodiments inside and out.
The times in life where people feel overwhelmed / stressed / wanting to escape a particular situation only to look back and think “what was that all about & and did I need to over react like that”. Many of us reflect afterwards in this way only to do it again and again or with little or too much difference.
IFS is useful to assist me to help people perform a key process in the healing role. That is, to “unblend” or differentiate with these parts of living to enable people to live a more fluid, connected and balanced existence.

